Matt Keene | ACBA Commissioner

Hello all and welcome to the American Club Baseball Association. I founded the ACBA in 2011 while I was a student-athlete at the University of New Hampshire during my Junior year. As the president and captain of the UNH Baseball team I had experienced the many challenges of playing competitively in the Spring due to unpredictable New England weather, Easter Weekend, and the vast differences in Spring Break and Final Exam schedules from school to school.

With the NECBA providing a great model in the Fall, I decided to try and keep the ACBA as close to the NECBA model as possible. Over the years with the help of many individuals (many thanks to Steve Pinner and Ed Macarelli) the ACBA has had one successful season after another. Some years have been plagued by bad weather, but the same goal remains year in and year out; play as much baseball as possible.

If you have any questions about the ACBA, or joining the ACBA please send me an email, I can be reached at
